Packed full of good things to keep you going through the day.
In a large bowl, stir together 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup honey, 2 tbsp canola oil and 2 tsp vanilla.
In a small bowl, stir together 3/4 cup flour, 3/4 cup oats, 1/2 tsp baking soda and a pinch of salt.
Add the oat mixture to the peanut-butter mixture along with 1/2 cup each of: raisins, chocolate chips, chopped walnuts or sliced almonds, and 1/4 cup each pumpkin or sunflower seeds, coconut and flaxseed.
Stir just until blended.
Spread in a 9”x13” pan sprayed with non-stick spray and bake at 350˚F for 20-25 minutes, until golden.
Cool in the pan and cut into 18-20 bars.
