Ingredients

  • 1 package 3in Tenderflake Tart Shells
  • 1 cup Eggnog
  • 4 Yolks Cal & Gary's Egg
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Spiced Rum
  • Nutmeg, For Garnish

How to Make It

1.

Prebake the tart shells according to the package directions.

2.

Bring the eggnog to just below a boil.

3.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until frothy.

Slowly pour in the eggnog into the egg mixture while constantly whisking, until combined.

5.

Transfer to a pitcher or measuring cup with a spout, for easy pouring, and fill all the tart shells to just below the top.

6.

Bake at 325F for 20-25 mins until the custard is set.

7.

Remove from the oven and cool, finish by sprinkling nutmeg on to for garnish!
