Set a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of oil and cook the ground chicken or turkey, sprinkling with chili powder and cumin and breaking the meat up with a spoon until it’s no longer pink. Stir in the salsa and a pinch of salt to combine and warm through.
Serve the chicken or turkey in corn tortillas, topped with cheese and your choice of toppings.
