This quick pasta could be made with a couple fresh Italian sausages in place of the bacon, if you like. Carrot noodles cook in about the same time as fresh pasta.
Set a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the bacon until the fat is starting to render off; add the onion and sauté until the onion is soft and the bacon is crispy.
Add the tomatoes, chili powder, salt and pepper and cook until the tomatoes break down and the sauce thickens.
Meanwhile, bring a small pot of water to a simmer and cook the carrot pasta for 3-5 minutes, until just tender.
Drain well and serve topped with the tomato sauce and Parmesan.
