Preheat grill to medium-high.
In a bowl combine the mustard, honey, brown sugar, cider vinegar, cayenne (optional), Worcestershire and garlic powder. Set aside for basting later.
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Place the pork onto the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until pork reaches 145°F. In the last 2 minutes of cooking baste the pork with the mustard sauce and reserve the rest for the table.
Remove the pork from the grill and serve with the mustard sauce and your favorite sides for a BBQ!
