Pre-heat oven to 450F. Use a pizza stone for best results.
**Roll out your pizza dough to about ¼” to ½” with some flour to your desired shape. **
Brush pizza skin with olive oil and chopped garlic. Now spread the butter chicken sauce in a thin layer on the pizza shell, leaving a ½” space on the edge for the pizza crust. Now place the slices of mozzarella evenly around the pizza. Top with shredded chicken and sprinkle red onions evenly over top of pizza.
Place the pizza in the oven and cook for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden brown and crispy.
While pizza is cooking, in a mixing bowl combine the yogurt, lemon juice, coriander, cumin, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
To serve drizzle sauce over top of pizza and enjoy.
