Heat oil and garlic powder in non-stick pan and cook burgers according to package instructions.
Let cool and cut into 4 equal strips. Set aside to build your souvlaki.
While your burgers are cooking slice your feta into ½ inch squares, then slice your tomatoes and cucumbers (peel if desired) and set aside to build souvlaki.
Warm your pita in the microwave for 15 seconds.
To build pita spread 1 tbsp of baba ghanoush evenly over pita, then place your strips of Brown Rice and Mozzarella Burger in the middle.
Add your slices of feta, tomatoes and cucumbers, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and roll sandwich in parchment paper.
Top with alfalfa sprouts.
