How to Make It

1.

Preheat grill to medium-high.

Place the potatoes in cold water and bring to a simmer. Cook for 8-10 minutes.

In another pot, on low heat, melt the butter and add the green onions, parsley, garlic and shallots.

In a bowl toss chicken with ¼ cup of the BBQ sauce.

Place chicken onto the grill and let the chicken cook for about 5 minutes

Start glazing the chicken with the BBQ sauce so it starts to caramelize. Cook the chicken for a total of 12-15 minutes until it reaches 165°F.

8.

Remove the chicken from the grill and enjoy with the buttery potatoes!
