Ingredients

  • 2 cup Roasted Broccoli Pieces
  • 3 tbsp Founders & Farmers Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Cooked Tortiglioni Cal & Gary's Pasta
  • 6 slices Diced Cal & Gary's Bacon
  • 1/4 cup Finely diced sweet onion
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Garlic Purée
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Basil
  • 1 cup Grated Founders & Farmers Parmesan Cheese

How to Make It

1.

Preheat oven to 400F

Cut broccoli into pieces place into mixing bowl. Add Founders & Farmers olive oil toss.

3.

Place onto parchment lined baking sheet pan and into preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove and set aside.

4.

In heated sauté pan add diced bacon render for few minutes

5.

Add onions and cook until translucent.

6.

Add roasted garlic purée add chicken stock, canned tomatoes, cooked pasta

7.

Add roasted broccoli mix. Adjust seasoning. Finalize your garnishing with adding parsley & basil.

8.

Serve & Enjoy
