Buffalo Marinated Chicken Kabobs

  • 8 each Calgary Co-op Chicken Kabobs
  • 1/3 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp. white vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 Tbsp. dill weed, dried
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • salt and pepper
  • green salad

How to Make It

Pre-heat grill.

In a small pan on medium heat, melt butter and add ½ tsp garlic powder, Franks Red Hot Sauce, vinegar and cayenne. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes to combine. Remove from heat and let cool.

In a medium bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, celery salt, dill, 1 tsp garlic powder, onion powder and some pepper.

Toss the kabobs with the hot sauce and then grill. Cook until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Serve kabobs with ranch dressing and a green salad.
