Place broccoli florets on parchment lined sheet pan in preheated oven 450F roast for approx 10-12 minutes, remove, set aside.

In mixing bowl add brown sugar, then boiling hot water stir until sugar dissolves. Add ginger , lemon zest and juice, onion powder, tarragon, garlic purée, vinegar olive oil stir.

Place rest of ingredients except pecans toss together well then add pecans. Adjust seasoning & serve.
