Everyone loves baked Brie at a party—this fresh tasting version is quick to assemble and needs just a few minutes to heat through in the oven before serving. It’s also per-fect for bringing to party—assemble at home, and warm it up when you get there.
Preheat the oven to 400˚F.
Score the top rind of the Brie in a criss-cross pattern with a sharp knife.
Place in a small, shallow dish and spread with the pesto.
Top with the red pepper and almonds and sprinkle with pepper.
Bake for 5-10 minutes, until the inside is just starting to sof-ten.
Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
