Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Chicken (approx. 4lb)
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil or a Neutral Oil
  • 1 Can of beer, half full, room temp.
  • Black Pepper
  • Herbs (Thyme, Oregano, Rosemary)

How to Make It

1.

Prepare your grill as needed.

2.

Rub the chicken with oil, and preferred spices on the outside of the chicken.

3.

Lower chicken onto open, half full beer can on the grill.

4.

Cook until dark meat temperature reaches 74 degrees.

5.

Remove from grill, cut or shred chicken from bone and enjoy!
