BBQ Sauce Pairing Notes*
Cal & Gary’s Newfoundland Screech Rum BBQ sauce has a smooth and mellow finish, with hints of pineapple this pairs well with a spicier cocktail such as the Bloody Caesar. As if designed for this recipe, Cal & Gary’s Caesar BBQ sauce will pair nicely as well. For a contrast, try Amazing Dads BBQ sauce for a classic and subtle finish.
