  • 2-3 pieces sliced bacon
  • or 1 small sausage
  • 1 ball of dough or pizza shell
  • 1-2 tbsp Founders & Farmers tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large Founders & Farmers egg
  • 1 handful fresh spinach

How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. In a small skillet, cook 2-3 pieces of bacon or 1 sausage until cooked through; crumble and set aside,
  3. Add a handful of chopped fresh spinach to the dripping in the pan and cook for minute, until wilted. Set aside.
  4. Place pizza shell on a large baking sheet, spread with 1-2 tbsp tomato sauce, top with bacon or sausage and spinach and sprinkle with 1/4-1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese.
  5. Crack 1 egg into the middle of each pizza and bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden, cheese is melted an the egg white is set and the yolk is done to you liking.
