The Calgary Co-op Travel online contest – September 8, 2007 to October 6, 2007

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. The Calgary Co-op Travel online contest (the “Contest”) sponsored by Calgary Co-operative Association Limited (Calgary Co-op) and IFS Voyages Inc. (Fun Sun Vacations); is open to participants eighteen (18) years of age and older, residing in the Province of Alberta. Persons who are not eligible to participate include Calgary Co-op employees and immediate family members in the same household of employees of Calgary Co-op, its suppliers of product for this Contest, and promotional and advertising agencies associated with this Contest.
2. Contest entrants will have the opportunity to win the following prizes during the month of September 2007: i) Week 1: iPod shuffle; ii) Week 2: DVD Player; iii) Week 3: Digital Photo Frame; iv) Week 4: grand prize vacation of a trip for two (2) from Calgary, Alberta to Los Angeles, California (the "Trip"), courtesy of Fun Sun Vacations.
3. The Contest will commence at 12:00:01 a.m. Mountain Standard Time ("MST") on September 8, 2007 and close on October 6, 2007 at 11:59:59 p.m. MST (the "Contest Period").

1. No purchase is necessary.
2. To enter the Contest, participants will need to: i) visit the Calgary Co-op website at www.calgarycoop.com; ii) click on the "Travel" link; then the Contest link, iii) create a Contest login account; and iv) submit their entry by following the instructions found on the website. Entrants must include their first and last name, phone number and email address as part of the Contest login account.
3. For the purposes of this Contest, a participant means one individual. For greater clarity, an individual with multiple phone numbers and/or email addresses will only be permitted to enter the Contest a maximum of once per day.
   
   Participants may enter the Contest a maximum of once per day. If Participants enter the Contest more than once per day, as per the Contest Rules and Regulations, this will result in the disqualification of all entries received by that participant. Contest entrants will be required to answer a skill testing question for each entry. There will be a different skill-testing question for each day of the Contest Period.
4. To be eligible for the weekly prize draws, an entry must be received prior to 11:59:59 p.m. MST on the following dates: i) September 15, 2007; ii) September 22, 2007; and iii) September 29, 2007. Entries will be collected on a cumulative basis. All entries become the property of Calgary Co-op.
5. To be eligible for the grand prize draw, an entry must be received prior to 11:59:59 p.m. MST on October 6, 2007. Entries will be collected on a cumulative basis. All entries become the property of Calgary Co-op.
6. By entering this Contest, entrants automatically agree to be bound by these Contest Rules. All decisions of Calgary Co-op relating to this Contest are final and binding on all entrants as they relate to this Contest.

1. The iPod Shuffle awarded for Week 1: Apple 1GB iPod Shuffle (includes earphones and dock).
2. The DVD Player awarded for Week 2: Magnasonic 7” Portable DVD Player.
3. The Digital Photo Frame awarded for Week 3: Mustek 7” Digital picture frame or similar.
4. The Trip includes: i) round trip economy airfare for two (2) with Alaska Airlines; ii) five (5) nights accommodation at the Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort; iii) roundtrip airport transfers between LAX and Anaheim; and iv) two (2) - three (3) Day DISNEYLAND Resort PARK HOPPER Bonus Tickets. All hotel and air taxes are included in the prize.
   
   The Trip must be taken prior to August 31, 2008. The approximate retail value of the Trip (including airfare) is $1970.00 CDN. Trip fulfillment is subject to certain restrictions and is subject to hotel availability at the Anaheim Resort. Reservations must be made at least forty-five (45) days prior to the arrival date, certain travel restrictions may apply and a Saturday night stay may be required. The Trip winner is solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein, including without limitation, applicable taxes, ground transportation in Canada, transportation during the Trip, medical, accidental and baggage insurance, meals, beverages, room service, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, insurance together with any required travel documentation and all personal expenses of any kind or nature, together with any applicable overnight layover.
5. Calgary Co-op guarantees that the iPod, Digital Photo Frame and DVD Player will be in sound condition and in good working order at the time such prizes are awarded to the prize winners. Once these prizes have been awarded: i) Calgary Co-op disclaims any and all warranties in relation to such prizes; and ii) prize winners agree to assume full responsibility for any and all risks relating to such prizes.

1. All prizes, including the Trip, must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash, and the Trip may not be traded, or transferred. The Trip may not be rescheduled once booked and may not be used towards any type of frequent flyer mileage or other reward point accumulation program. Calgary Co-op reserves the right to substitute the prizes in whole or in part in the event that all or any component of any of the prizes are unavailable.
   
   The chances of winning a prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period and the number of prizes left to be awarded.
2. One potential prize winner will be chosen via a random draw from among all eligible entries on each of the following dates: i) September 19, 2007; ii) September 26 2007; iii) October 3, 2007; and iv) October 10, 2007. Calgary Co-op, acting reasonably, will attempt to contact the potential prize winners by telephone within three (3) days after the draw. Upon notification, the potential prize winners will have 48 hours to claim their prize; failing to do so will result in the prize being forfeited. In the event the potential winner cannot be reached within those three (3) days, their prize will be forfeited and another potential winner will be drawn. Proof of identification must be provided upon request.
3. To be declared a winner, a potential prize winner must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical, time-limited, skill testing question administered by Calgary Co-op. Before being awarded a prize, a potential winner will also be required to sign and return, within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt, a declaration/release form stating that they: i) have read, understand and have complied with the Contest Rules; ii) grant all consents required to Calgary Co-op; and iii) authorize Calgary Co-op to broadcast, publish and disseminate his/her name, photograph and/or statements in connection with any promotion, publicity, and/or for general news, entertainment and information purposes at no additional compensation to the potential winner.
   
   The potential winner of the Trip, in addition to signing the aforementioned declaration/release form, will also be required to sign and return within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt, a separate Calgary Co-op Travel release of liability form. Failure to comply with these Contest rules or to sign and return any of the declaration/release forms within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt will result in disqualification and another potential winner's name will be drawn.
4. A winner must accept the prize as offered and release/discharge both Calgary Co-op and Fun Sun Vacations from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the winner's participation in this Contest and receipt and use of the prize. Winner(s) may be required to sign a discharge of liability form acknowledging non-responsibility of Calgary Co-op and Fun Sun Vacations in respect of any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of action which arise out of and/or in any way related to the prizes, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prizes. Once a person has been declared a prize winner, they are not eligible to participate in any subsequent Calgary-Coop and/or Fun Sun Vacation contest for a period of three (3) months from the date such declaration is made.
5. No correspondence will be undertaken except with the selected entrants. The winners' names will be posted on the Calgary Co-op website under Contests after October 30, 2007, for a minimum period of 60 days.
6. Entrants acknowledge that Calgary Co-op, and/or its advertising and promotional agencies, will not be held responsible for: i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected or incomplete entries; ii) the failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind; or iii) any human or computer-generated error in compiling the entrants' names or awarding of the prizes.
7. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
8. Calgary Co-op reserves the right to cancel or modify this Contest at any time, and it is not responsible for commencing, continuing or completing the Contest in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
9. Any attempts to deliberately damage the Contest website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made Calgary Co-op reserves its right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent of the law.

1. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Calgary Co-op for the purpose of administering this Contest and to provide the entrants with marketing information related to upcoming promotions of Calgary Co-op. Calgary Co-op will not sell, share, use or otherwise disclose the personal information of entrants with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by them to fulfill the above purposes, without consent, or as permitted or required by law.
2. By entering the Contest, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the above mentioned purposes. Any such collection, use or disclosure shall be in accordance with Calgary Co-op's Privacy Policy (which can be accessed at www.calgarycoop.com by clicking on the "Privacy" link).
