The purpose of the Better health … Hypertension program is for your Calgary Co-op Pharmacy team to provide you with personalized and regular blood pressure monitoring along with tools and materials to support you in reaching your blood pressure targets.
This program provides self-management tools and patient educational information.
You and our pharmacist work together to help you reach your goals.
We currently offer this service at our Macleod Trail pharmacy. Please call or stop by to find out more.
Once you are registered for this program you can log in to record your blood pressure numbers.
