Occupation and work experience:

Marketing Manager for Swimco, a retailer with twelve locations in Western Canada. My career experience includes Management, Marketing, Purchasing, Inventory and Sales.

Involvement with Calgary Co-op or other co-operatives:

  • Volunteered with the Calgary Co-op Member Relations Committee (MRC) for two years, which involved assessing issues important to Co-op, touring facilities and volunteering at events.
  • Dedicated shopper with Calgary Co-op. I respect Co-op's extensive community involvement.

Community or volunteer involvement:

  • Volunteered at Co-op breakfasts during Stampede and the Santa Claus Parade.
  • Additional volunteer experience: Calgary Stampede Next Generation Council; Alberta Ecotrust Foundation; Haskayne School of Business Mentorship Program. Active member of the YMCA.
