Each year, Calgary Co-op members can elect three directors to the Board of Directors. Members can also nominate other members or stand for election to the Board. Information about the role of the Board is included in this handbook. For details about the director election, the nomination process and important deadlines, please obtain a copy of the 2011 Calgary Co-op Director Election Handbook available at our customer service offices and online at www.calgarycoop.com (click the Director Election/AGM link on the home page). If you have any questions regarding the election, you can also talk with any member of our Board of Directors by calling
