In 1991, Registered Nurse Connie Burton was returning to the workplace after raising her children, and was looking to continue her career in the medical field outside of a hospital setting. She began working with what is now Calgary Co-op Home Health Care.

Since then, she has been fortunate to work with many longtime staff members who share her passion in helping people, young and old, with their medical needs.

Twenty years later, she is still excited to help customers, learn about new products, and teach her new co-workers how to offer clients the knowledge and compassion that are the standard at Calgary Co-op Home Health Care.

Vickie Free graduated from the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Ontario, in 1968. In 1978, she and her family moved to Calgary, and has been working for Calgary Co-op Home Health Care for nearly 30 years in all capacities.

After becoming a Registered Nursing Assistant, Diana Vanderheyden started her career working part-time at the Foothills Hospital. She moved in to the retail sector and managed a store for 11 years. When Diana decided she wanted to return to the medical field, she joined Calgary Co-op Home Health Care, and now feels she's in the right place to make a difference in the lives of many.
