Flavour & Colour

Our most popular choices are white, chocolate, carrot, pound cake and fruit cake. We use buttercream icing, which can be covered with rolled fondant (a creamy sugar paste) if you wish. Rolled fondant is now available in white, ivory, and dark chocolate. Buttercream icing is available in white, chocolate or a rainbow of colours.
