We make ours the time-honoured way, with premium Durum wheat and natural sours. Everyone loves the crunchy crust, and moist, chewy interior. Flavourful Italian filone has become a particular favourite. It's like a baguette, but with a lot more gusto. Enjoy all our fabulous filone flavours, including Olive & Herb, Jalapeno & Cheese, and Cranberry & Walnut.
