For breakfast, lunch or dinner, our bakery experts would be happy to help you choose a bread that complements your menu.

Our selection includes traditional white, wheat and french breads. They are all extra delicious, because we've enhanced our classic recipes to give you more taste, plus freshness that lasts.

Authentic Artisan Breads

We make our breads the time-honoured way, with premium durum wheat and natural sours. Everyone loves the crunchy crust, and moist, chewy interior. Flavourful jalapeno cheddar has become a particular favourite. Try all our fabulous flavours, including potato rosemary, Tuscany Italian, flax and whole clove garlic.

Purple Wheat Bread

Looking for something new in the bakery? Try purple wheat bread prepared from purple-pigmented cereal grain, in which wholewheat kernels are treated with infrared technology and de-branned to produce uniformly sized particles. This bread has very high levels of total anthocyanins and phenolic compounds that are responsible for its purple colour and high antioxidant activity.
