We make our breads the time-honoured way, with premium durum wheat and natural sours. Everyone loves the crunchy crust, and moist, chewy interior. Looking for something new in the bakery? Try purple wheat bread prepared from purple-pigmented cereal grain, in which wholewheat kernels are treated with infrared technology and de-branned to produce uniformly sized particles. This bread has very high levels of total anthocyanins and phenolic compounds that are responsible for its purple colour and high antioxidant activity.
