Submitting a Request

To be considered for support, all requests must be in writing. No exceptions will be made. To aid in the decision-making process your submission should contain the following:

• name, address, phone number, fax number, and contact person's name and title;
• information on your organization including mandate and objectives;
• how your organization's objectives reflect those of Calgary Co-op's policy;
• type and amount of support requested;
• charitable registration number assigned by Revenue Canada;
• how you will use the funding;
• recognition for Calgary Co-op.

All requests will be acknowledged and reviewed in a timely manner. Due to the volume of requests we receive, please allow a minimum of six weeks for review.

Centre Requests:

• must be submitted in writing to your local Calgary Co-op centre;
• must specify support requested;
• should be submitted to one centre only.
