2002 Rs of Excellence from Recycling Council of Alberta

Calgary Co-op has received the prestigious "Rs of Excellence' Award for Business, Commercial Industry and Institutions for its recycling programs and environmental programs, from the Alberta Recycling Council. Some of the programs you may have heard about or participated in include our Bags to Riches shopping bag re-use initiative and our newspaper-recycling program.
