Tuition Assistance

Calgary Co-op recognizes that employees have the right and responsibility to manage their careers. In an effort to assist our employee's in achieving their academic goals, Calgary Co-op offers a tuition assistance program.

Full-time employees may qualify for 75 percent reimbursement of their tuition fees upon successful completion of an approved course.

Part-time employees who maintain an average of 32 hours per week may qualify for 50 percent reimbursement of their tuition fees upon successful completion of an approved course.

In order to qualify for this reimbursement, the course must meet at least one of the following criteria:

• The course must upgrade the skills of the employee in their current job.
• The course must be part of a recognized program that will help develop the employee for future positions within the company and the Co-operative Retailing System
