Performance ManagementPerformance management is a key initiative at Calgary Co-op. Through this program, we encourage employee development, strengthen work relationships, identify available human resources, ensure succession planning, and facilitate feedback.Performance expectations and standards are provided to every employee through our job descriptions and yearly performance plans, and employees receive regular feedback, both during their probationary period and then through yearly performance reviews. Equally important to Calgary Co-op is receiving feedback from employees through surveys. This allows us to identify areas for employee development and continued company growth. |
