Management Training Program
Our One-to-One Management Training Program provides individuals who encompass leadership competencies, technicial skills, customer service and a desire for career development, the opportunity to train for and become a manager in one of the following 
areas:
- Centre
- Assistant Centre
- Grocery
- Meat
- Bakery
- Deli
- Gas Bar
- Produce
- Pharmacy
- Travel
As a manager trainee, you partner with one our experienced manager, who will act as a mentor and demonstrate the leadership skills necessary to manage situations that all of our managers oversee on a daily basis.
Calgary Co-op Management Training Programs equip new managers with a complete training manual, tailoured in-house courses and monthly reviews with the division or commodity director to ensure that the training being provided is meeting the expectation of the individual and the company.
Upon completion of the program, management trainees are placed into management positions at one our locations.
