Calgary Co-op offers part-time, casual and full time positions at its retail centres, as well as corporate positions at its head office.

• Part-time positions offer a guaranteed number of hours (24 - 32 hours per week; minimum 4-hour shift), and a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
• Casual positions are suitable for people, including students or retirees, who want to work evening and weekend shifts. These are not 'on call' positions, but have a minimum of 4-hour shifts, with no guaranteed number of hours.
• Full-time positions in retail are 40 hours per week, and will consist of 5 - 8 hour shifts, involving days, evenings and weekends.
